About the Job
Mr. Hodge is Major and Norm’s boss at the office they work at. He is a no-nonsense typical office figure that gets on his employees for minor offenses but generally is friendly and doesn’t promote a hostile work environment. Mr. Hodge’s life is the job, he never leaves it, and often makes that a problem for everyone who works there as they have commitments outside of work. Despite this he is a good boss, just hard on those who work for him.
